Favorite Thins About Coaching: My favorite thing about coaching is watching a kid continue to work on a skill and they finally are able to do it and repeat. You see that light go on and that smile on their face. I live for those moments with all my athletes. It is more than stat lines, W's and L's, it is about watching that consistent improvement and helping develop them into young women and men.
