Do you travel a lot?

Generally, we will take several out-of-town trips a year. We need to do this to play the best competition and to further help with the recruiting process for our student athletes. Coaches and families may also discuss non-softball related trips as team building throughout the year. These suggestions will be discussed at parent meetings held periodically throughout the year.

Will my daughter play?

Wisconsin Lady ACES Softball strongly believes that if we select your daughter, it is now our job to help her improve. Our roster sizes are intentional to allow for players to get adequate practice, playing and rest time. All players will receive a fair chance to compete for, and share, playing time, and should never be put in a "doghouse" by a coach. While head coaches will ultimately determine the playing time for their team members, we (Wisconsin Lady ACES) expect each team’s full roster to be used regularly. Please note: there will be times in every season where the lineup gets tighter and playing time may become a reward for positive performance. Coaches will do their best to prepare players for these unique times when starting roles are earned.
